Do you like oyster ,we have it on the menu now. The french people love it. This oyster is steemed in 1,5 min. Open it put a nice tranch of lardo sauce lemon and creme reduction with oyster juice. And decorate with oyster leaves , dill and shizo rouge. its yummy..:)
